But, what people seems to forget, is the fact that either BHP or Kronos, or for that matter anyone else that holds 5% or more of the company, and should that holding change/move either up or down by only 1% of the shares, they would have to immediately notify the market, via a proper released announcement through the ASX, that a "Change In Substantial Holder's Notice", has taken place.
