IMO AVB needs fundamental change of direction from making discoveries to having sigths on production as market knows about the resources and potential and waits for a change in gear.

potentially the problem sits in MW as past history tells - him being an excellent candidate to lead a "start up" company into smth and subsequently sale of the same. hope i'm wrong and AVB would also be a change of direction for him as well!
