Here's a hypothetical situation.
If you worked for a private oil exploration company and owned 68% of a new well which was starting to show excellent results and the other 32% was owned by a quoted oil company with a tiny mkt cap in another country (Australia for example).
Would you buy their shares knowing you were onto a winner?
Don't consider insider trading laws, I am talking about a private company in another country and employees thereof.
Again all hypothetical but would you or would you tell your friends?
