Just the last minute change of plan makes me wondering the evil part. I just dont like things to be rushed and pushed.
Anyone has an idea on the cost difference for vertical well and horizontal well? Is BPT gets away with good deal by change the method? If the horizontal well costs twice as vertical well, why cant they give us two vertical wells up to 16mil? Which method has the better chance to find the duster/sweetspot? $16mil cost gives the chance to earn $billions is not a bad deal for BPT anyway.
