I recently attended a suicide. A man made a choice that a few painful moments under a train was a better alternative than a life in his home county. He was an immigrant. An asylum seeker.

I have never met, nor do I believe I will ever meet a person who was born anywhere in this country, who will be weighed down with the same consequence of choice.

In the luck lottery we all won the day we were born in this country. It should be remembered that it’s not genetic superiority or intellectual prowess that allows you all too anonymously post this crap on a website, but I think that’s obvious. It was luck.

Others have not been afforded the same.

Well done to this thread, bravo. It's hate spreading drivel that should make us all proud to be Australian.
