Have to say that 20 million last week looks very suspicious - no change in substantial shareholding - as per the corps act (S672 I think) any change in substantial holdings greater than 1% has to be notified to the ASX.

I think nominee holdings can be used to get around this (makes a joke of the corporations act - hey whats new)- so we have someone with a sizable shareholding just below below the 5% threshold - undoubtly so they can vote in accordance with management.

Maybe more will be revealed prior to month end when the full year results are released.
