no one has missed the boat on svm,pdz they are merely starting out with favourable terms for projects and small share issue.
It would seem that they place projects in set areas, so ody is only gas/oil project
psf have license's progressing as per last quarterly, as svm and pdz have shown they keep a tight ship, one day nothing, the next a proper project.
We will get our day, just no one knows when.
