Voting NO is a bloody NO BRAINER.
If the NO votes stack up, even if GJ sells us out he can't and then HL has to up the bid anyway (regardless of any back room deal done with the key shareholders).
If we don't get the critical mass to block it, then we get the cheque anyway.
