In relation to your question, no need for a permit, the project is existing and already hooked up to all infafstructure, the wells themselves were NOT drilled for oil, but at the AGM in 2010 we has a engineer from UPT here and he explained the potential findings of oil down there, but I won't go into that.
Also in relation to your comments re $$$, this deal was years in the making and has run on fumes since the new management took over with no income whilst it pursued a change of business direction, again looks like they have delivered the goods.
Finally in relation on "how" they could secure a deal like this,
Well that comes down to our board and the inroads the have made overseas. All I know is that things are about to get interesting,
This deal was always just the beginning,
