I would have loved to buy when my mates began in their early 20s around 5+ years ago. Hearing stories for years about prices rising and people making a packet all around me. But i couldnt due to study expenses amongst other things. I now hear other stories and see the struggle, and after more time and research believe it will only get worse from here. I believed the safety in housing hype as much as the next, especially in wa with the mining boom. Not saying that it will collapse but the situation is not looking good imo.
