You know it would not surprise me if one day in the future we learnt how the Chinese forced the price of IO down enough to give Hanlong the excuse to ask for a lower TO price. Maybe the extensions asked for where because the price per tonne wasn't low enough to demand the reduction of the TO price as dictated in the SIA.
