Institutions are obviously re-rating Anvil on the basis of the impending June quarterly report.
Whether they have illicit access to the report, or just access to the statistics or whatever, accumulation is taking place so as to be positioned by the time the report is released.
Then the buying momentum may decline.
However during following weeks strenghening share price can be anticipated.
The 1st quarterly report was negative - losses due to closure of mine.
This 2nd quarter report should bring mine back to break even.
Anything on the upside - profits slightly ahead of forecast - would confirm recent strength.
Anything below expectations would see a sell off.
However HC analysts expect a break even or slight profit.
Certainly much improved on 1st quarter report.
Hence change in valuation from 30/s cents to 40/s cents a share.
3rd quarter report should see record profits due to increased output from second ball mill which commenced operation mid June. (share valuation 50/s to 60/s to 70/s cents?)
4th quarter report should see additional profits from the new mine commencing operations - Kulum.
(70/s - 80/s - 90/s cents?)
Obviously unexpected "downsides" can occur.
"Upsides" too. (exploration results perhaps?)
This is a broad brush picture.
Check it all out and make up your own mind!
