From my calcs the deal was priced at roughly $68 per pound which shows that the utility understands the future supply crunch looming.
Hopefully more details to come about the floor and ceilling price, I can't see a floor price below $60 though.
Wonder if PDN have any other deals up there sleeve, this could be just the first of three.
Mostly I like that they haven't had to sell any assets even though the utility does have a 60% collateral over the canadian asset but as noted in the release this can be changed in the future.
We now have lots of breathing room, great job from the management team!!
