I agree it's not a done deal, so people are more cautious in this climate. After all the drill could go either way. We all hope it's a success and is not duster or go the way of H2 and H3.
There may be some last minute selling or buying, but I don't expect it to drift to far either side of 0.250, based on current volumes. Perhaps not for the next couple of weeks anyway, time will tell.
