Hardman I agree with your posts.
I have bought a few times now (small parcels of around 10K shares each) after market close. I can put an offer in at 12 or 12.5c and "someone" always sells down to me at 11.5c. Making the close price 11.5c for the day. That "someone" wants the share price kept down. A couple of weeks ago it appeared they were keeping it at 12c.
What I remember from other shares I have held that have been taken over, there is always a comparison to what the share price traded in the last 30 days, and in the last 3-6 months.
Therefore I believe this will be held down for some time yet.
(In agreement with your "after S7 allocation" news too)
This is a possible scenario: Takeover offer comes in at 25c. Over 100% on close of day price for the last XXX months.
Yes that price would make me heartbroken, but it is what happens.
