quite honestly you have to ask the question why the stock hasnt rallied on the back of those numbers....
who has all that selling lined up at 19 20 and 21..if you were a genuine seller why would you line it up like that?
something smells here and i think someone is trying to cap this stock in fact i am convinced of it...
