But this is way ahead of where MNM is currently at. Noone has any idea what's in the LV tenements, if anything. And even if there is something there, Exergen don't need to backdoor list, they can just JV for 50% again. They are a technology company, why would they want gold assets, or black coal assets, or CSG assets?

Merge not likely IMO, and even if it was, many mant years away.
