To go from marginally beating product requirements to being one of the purest producers on the market is great. Being the purest on the market should allow for either premium prices, or very easy sales.
Considering the purity levels, all they have to do now is get throughput to full capacity or more. And hopefully the mining costs are not too crazy, I didn't see the cost figures yet.
Making sales should be easy now, but profit depends on the throughout of the plant and in turn the cost per tonne of production.
I'm not totally sure, but I think the largest bottleneck in the plant is operating at 80-85% capacity, so that means overall the plant is near full capacity. So I guess the expectation of cash flow positive in 4-7 months is due mainly to acquiring new customers for each product line and I guess waiting for receivables to catch up after starting shipments.
With a product this pure, cashflow positive sounds very achievable not long from now.
Calculating NPV at this point though would only be guessing, so it's hard knowing whether my investment is a good one or not.
