I don't think they have the ability or the strength to throw a dart. They have continually talked up how they are in aquisition mode but nothing has come of it, so you can rule that out.
They should be more concerned with the falling iron ore price and shoring up their existing operation than jetsetting for aquisitions.
Unfortunately, ever since the Chinese bought into this company it's been a downhill spiral into a dark abyss of a low stock price.
