Im not sure what investors were expecting today i actually thought the result was good considering all things.The SP has gone from $1.50 to below 70c in a fairly short time so a not so good profit result was expected.
I think the biggest reason for the sell off today was the dividend being cancelled, im a longterm investor so will accumulate more at below 70c.
All we need is the alumina price to go higher which is very likely as prices currently are not sustainable, management have done a good job keeping costs down so not to hard to turn this around when prices get better.
