As for the content (if credible), good to see there is resistance. I doubt Hanlong will walk away if they can't reach a price below 50c. It's a great deal for them, especially as they can leverage off China's influence on Cameroon/Congo's political leaders. A leverage other private companies like Rio/BHP/Glencore might not have to that extent. Sovereign risk is one of the major concerns for those companies.
