It is you that has it wrong again. Of course proceeds from equity investments in the latest quarterly cashflow report amounted to zero. The latest Cash Flow Report is for the quarter ENDED 30 JUNE 2012. Placement was announced after that on the 9 August 2012.

Nice try treefeed. It is obvious from reading your original post that you did not believe that the placement was a done deal because you thought that they had only signed a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING and not an actual Agreement. And that's why when another posted stated that a $2million placement had just been made with a large construction company, you stated the following on the 12 August 2012:
"No, that's not what they did. Please read the press release again. What they did is sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). They did not receive any funds."
CNQ did received the funds and placed the shares on the 10 August 2012 as highlighted in the substantial shareholder notice. They were most likely only recognised in the share register on 14 August because of T+3 settlement requirements.
