The Grafex licenses are prospective for graphite and well situated, such as the three Grafex Ancuabe Licenses, 5336, 5380 and 5305 surround the existing Ancuabe mine. Further, the Grafex Balama North Licence 5365 is only situated approximately two (2) kms to the north of the Syrah Resources Ltd, Balama East project in License 3230, which shows very high grade graphite outcropping at surface...."
