Wouldn't they have possession of 'the actual licence' before they could ship in some RE ? From my understanding, the permit to import the RE automatically occurs when the TOL has been issued (which is not the case according to my understanding.) Also....surely news of this nature MUST be announced to the market ?? I want to believe as much as the next SH....but we've had a few mischievious false alarms tht amount to nothing so far...eg MUSTAPA ?????????
