the share price movement for the last two weeks are very suspicious. drop without an explanation at all. looks like an deliberate acts to lower the market cap as low as possible.
NST could benefit from merge with SAR with all the benefit as you have mention. So NST become a $1 to $2 Bil market cap sooner.
