    re: Ann: Change in substantial holding M Mast... It's good to see Masterman still buying, but it's also a little worrying - it means that no one else much has been. Hunter Hall already own close to 20%, so they can't buy much more.

    Not sure where the interest in PVE will come from - a lot of institutions got burned buying into the last raising (at $1.55) three years ago, just before the share price crashed.
