"FWIW, Fozard has only been an advisor at Tricom for a few months. Previously, he served his apprenticeship as an account manager at an investment bank.
This raises the question of why he would recommend a small stock such as TOX. He has an outright BUY on it, ie no 'speculative' in front of the buy as he has done for some other stocks in the MX newspaper.
He must have done a lot of research on this company before recommending this stock to his new clients - being new at Tricom he would be keen to establish a good reputation. Going gun-ho on penny stocks would not normally go down well with 'conservative' investors, hence I believe Fozard's target of 6-8c may prove to be his conservative target, just to cover himself.
Anyone want to comment on this line of reasoning?"
