I don't understand your problem. If they are willing sellers and there are willing buyers wheres the problem?
You seem to be concerned with how attractive you consider them. How is that relevant to you?
I much prefer them be involved in this honest trade to being involved in theft, fraud and politics as other high profile middle aged spinsters have.
