The market is currently pricing RUM as more likely to succeed. RUM and NUP are right next to each other and only one will be successful and the market says it RUM. It doesn't matter if NUP ends up with a resource 10 times as big as RUM when your exporting 3mtpa it doesn't matter who has the bigger resource beyond a certain point. It matters but who has the CHEAPEST resource to exploit in terms of mining and logistical costs.
