the SP is a reflection (IMHO) of the wider belief in the willingness and ability of the current Gov. to actually advance this project's TOL past the prosters.
No TOL, no SP rise... it is not much use having a bleeding cash position if very few believe it will turn around before it's too late.
It saddens me to watch this draw out so long.
