Dimaz, if you will only be trading through esuperfund, then you dont have to worry. Esuperfund will annualize your receipts & expenses as lump sums. They dont do it by individual shares
Eg:
DIMAZ SMSF Share Trading for 2012
Total share Purchases (INCL brokerage): $522,000
Total share Receipts (MINUS brokerage): $596,000
Total Taxable Profits (NET of brokerage): $74,000
