appears now that carbon tax is in....and they see opportunities in other countries....they just believe they paid TOO MUCH......
..and just don't want to pay up
just like during the GFC when they knocked down the price of iron ore ...held companies to ransom.....
now they want a 80 Mill discount as they feel they over paid......
and they really had NO Idea about infrastructure and wage costs in Australia.......
they are so used to cheap Chinese labour costs they got a shock when they looked at wage costs in Australia......
julies CARBON TAX finished them off......
no one will make a deal structured like this again...not with the chinese hiding behind their bamboo wall......
the recent guilty please on insider trading show the contempt they have for Australia and its laws.......
