I have constantly stated that I fully support Hicks being tried in a far and open manner and if found guilty face what ever punishment is fittting

I have even stated that in this situation a modified form of trial to the normal US justice system may be required to prevent a smart ass lawyer getting someone who may be guilty off on a technicality.
But here we have 2 senior prosecution officers voicing and resigning over their concerns of the whole trial process stinking.
You had better becareful with what you are supporting here dave. At the very least Hick's is guilty of stupidity, something you are guilty of just about every time you make a posting here. If you are not careful it you could be next to be locked up for 3 years without charge, abused and tehm found guilty in a rigged trial process you have no hope defending yourself in.
