ie not just the two additional but ALL requirements met by Lynas.
we wait on Lynas meeting ALL the requirements.
It doesn't sound political or inside manipulation etc, just some fairly stringent requirements to ensure the safety of this enormous plant and the local people.
The AELB are going to be quite careful here and are not overly fussed how many wealthy western investors get taken to the cleaners.
