it could be ture, at the end of june, they have only 17mil cash left, and this quarter need 15mil (in their quarter report). also, there are 12mil debt due to repay if canadian note no tranfer to share, and other 7mil of bank debt can not renewed. And they stll no getting much money from their product. So i belive Captial rasing is needed!!! could 40c raising, and cap of 40.5c need to be filled as well, so short term doesn't look good.
