I hold for the same sentiments Prophet.

Although there is one question I will ask, if things remain the same and just from a conversation point of view we receive so-so results from SOAII what is the new remuneration package going to look like when the AGM Report surfaces???

In 6-8 weeks we will see the report surface and I ask, will management have the audacity to ask for incentives and the same level as wages as they have previously?

IMO they will, even though the company SP has fallen about 180% (from the longer support price we had around 14c, not from the half day high we had) and we have had delay after delay and stuff-up after stuff-up from a flawed operational system, the board will IMHO ask for more.

What needs to be looked at by shareholders, is does this board even deserve another chance for how ineptly they have run this company in the past year? I am willing to throw a dog a bone one last time, however, at this AGM remuneration packages NEED to be significantly lower and forget about incentives for doing a good job, I will not be voting in favour for bonuses coming off this low of around 5c when it has cost management nothing (they are still receiving their very generous packages) for the massive decline in SP.

I believe in this companies prospects, but have lost alot of faith in management and they're ability to align they're interests with SH interests. IMO it must be addressed at this years AGM.
