    S & G have a lot to answer for....
an organisation such as the one that she set up, is not allowed, it is against the law, for funds to be used for the benefit of the members...

yet S & G who acted for the AWU, accepted a cheque from Wilson, in the name of the AWU...slush fund (or whatever they called one of the 13 different entities they had set up, starting with the name AWU)

Most lawyers demand a Bank Cheque for conveyancing purposes, but not in this case, they accepted a cheque purported to be from the AWU.....knowing full well the AWU
was not allowed to pay or make payments on behalf of members, it is against the law.

ALARM Bells, did not ring ???? ...there is only one AWU, so how could they accept a cheque from another AWU, and
double alarm bells, for the purchase of a private dwelling to be used personally by wilson ?

I suggest there is another complacency here, or 3 monkey scenario by S&G.
Michael Smith, former detective, has a copy of that original cheque in his possession.

how naive and stupid do these union lawyers and thugs think we are
    the plot thickens
