As I alluded to in my posot to miles this evet and indeed so much of the world post 9-11 is evolving

Do you put this guy on trial in a system that is not yet ready to dispense justice

for example...in a ciminal matter the defendant has the right to see and hear all the evidence against him and to then rebut and indeed impeach the source

but what do you do if the "evidence" is from off-shore sources and the operative who reports it has a clearance that enables him to remain anonymous to remain effective

How do you question him?

Do you question him?

Or maybe, to disclose how the info was obtained means that as a procedure it is now ineffective to continue gathet info on other threats

i could go on and on and on

And the answers have to be drafted in such a way that in a "legal" review, it somehow stand up.

In any event....not many really care but it does take up bandwidth!
