Disgraceful in terms of what they're rewarding themselves for I agree flyboy however if Gus comes to the 2013 AGM with a SML in hand, financing arranged on favourable terms, contracts for supply signed and full scale construction underway I'll happily vote in favour of at least as generous a bonus as last years for the management team.

As I've said previously rewards and bonuses are for achieving or bettering your goals. At the time of the last AGM we were still under the impression from management that production would be achievable in 2012 and that financing was progressing well. This is quite clearly not the case and as a result absolutely no bonuses should be forthcoming. As recently as May this year the company's published schedule has production starting in late 2013. If they can achieve thier own goals here I'm happy for them to be rewarded as I think that would be a very good result. If they do not come even close with at lerast a PTM granted by the AGM 2013 then again I'd say no bonuses would be due unless they've had some other left field achievement that bring substantial benefit to shareholders.
