zonetrader yes currently it's either Gillard or Abbott (neither is a good option IMO) but there is a long to go before the next election & just as it is possible Gillard will not be leading labor at the next election Abbott may not be leading the libs.
As for Turnbull, it would not be the first time a former leader took back the leadership. Yes the libs were not doing so well in the polls back then, they doing better now but there is a big question mark on abbott while Turnbull has very good prefered PM polling.
I do wonder zonetrader given your obviousl dis like of Turnbull & his type of policies he supports, who would you be votting for if Turnbull does take the leadership at the next election?
