    However, based on Oblong's excellent post on the other thread (much appreciated btw), Jury expects a significant increase to EV once debt funding is secured?

    The fact that he's talking EV suggests a possible T/O is in the wings? Maybe someone will snap us up before we even get to the equity placement?

    How would that affect the SP based on the definition of EV?
