All this sounds good, but a merger or strategic investor means dilution of existing holdings and therefore reduced value of individual shares.... How this investment affects the small shareholder (i.e. me) and the share price partially depends on how the investment/merger/acquisition is structured....some options better than others...anyway, good news at least
