A couple of days ago I wrote to RES... perhaps it prompted their announcement today...

Dear Resource Generation,
Having such a low share price seems quite damaging to a future capital raising. If you were to let the market know if your intentions in terms of the likely capital raising price, then this would increase confidence in the stock and would even help you raise money at a higher price. However if the market thinks you will have to raise money at a low price, then that is a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy. Perhaps you could consider some announcements in this area as it would help a lot.
