Thats totaly baseless and far above the fair value (with or without tol) at this moment.

when lynas is producing 22.000 t/ year (and TOL and election and permanent operation licence is solved and issued... and if prices of basket stays at 55 US$/kg and if costs per kilogram are 15 US$... IF IF IF... than 5 US$/share are fair.

But this all - despite when and if this TOL tragedy will be solved - wont all happen and be clear within the next 18 month.

So if lynas costs 5US$/share you get what lynas POSSIBLE is worth in 18 month or so?! And it would be very very ignorant to all facts we have to think tomorrow 5US$/share is fair.

This - for sure - is my own opinion and should only describe my thoughts and isnt any kind of advise to buy, sell or hold shares of lynas.

I for mine will ONLY buy back, if the TOL lays definitly on Nicks desk and this has been anounced over ASX. I dont trust Nick, Najib, Ongkili or AELB! I dont trust anyone connected with TOL. I only trust an explcite announcement over ASX, TOL lays on lynas desk!

I am very very mad about lynas and nicks communications within the last few month. that, and that malaysias TOL-process isnt and hasnt been transparent at ANY TIME is the reason i sold and dont buy back bevore definite statement "TOL" lays on lynas desk.

I have learned my lesson! and i wont do this fault a second (third) time again!
