Or alternatively a renter lives the high life spending all that he earns on so called "enjoying their life" but finds as they get older they are no better off that they were when they were younger and struggles to pay their rent long into retirement as most didn't have the fortitude to at least save some money for later life! While at least the home owner has paid off his home by retirement and can live a bit more comfortably without the worry of wondering where his next rent cheque is coming from!

I just love how you think to enjoy life you have to spend money - it says allot about modern people!
