ASX Guidelines for notices of meeting

3. Notices must set a reasonable time and place for the meeting. Accordingly:
3.1. Reasonable notice must be given. Section 249HA of the Corporations Act requires that at least 28 days notice be given of a meeting.

AUGOA expire on the last Sunday of September, so the expiry date is brought forward to Friday 28/9/2012. 28 days prior to 28/9/2012 is Friday 31/8/2012.

So 99plonko, the SIA booklet would need to be posted by tomorrow week, so please get your facts right before posting incorrect information.
