thats where you could be wrong offset.
Cap raise wouldn't be needed if this first well had really good rates.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying that this well will be successful and flow enough for that, just 1 possibility. My money is on this well being a success and them still doing a raise after the SP shoots up from success no.1
