They have earn't 5 mill. Is this a guistimate or are you going on guidance ? Just waiting for the cheque?

They currently have cash in the bank and a quarterly cheque from now on.

If the IPO get away then they have 7.5 million shares in Audeo - they thought it was a bargain to get em at US5 so that is USD35 million ( will they be embargoed for 180days?) They can sell em , borrow against em etc

What major outgoings, ongoing expenses am I missing and what detail is trigging you to constatntly call that a CR is due, required?
