I agree with with MX its about putting some away should there be a down turn your son is a good example of building up equity and getting ahead with payments is also a good idea and of course living within you means.Let me tell you a true story about someone who did not,a cousin of mine and i would not recognize him if he walked in through the door,had a cabinet making and double glazing business in Northern Ireland he and his wife built a palatial home,drove new landrovers,wife took the kids to one of the best private schools over there.Then they would go horse riding for the mornings he even used to take his workers all expenses paid to scotland bloody grouse shooting! And now i kid you not everything is gone and he is digging trenchs for cable laying,what a come down, as my mother once told me be nice to the people on the way up in case you meet them on the way back down! sorry for the ramble anyway back to OZL wish they would make a move on RXM never saw a better fit,Regards Boydie
