it seems HFR may possibly already have a mining reserve of at least 40MT. then they may also have an exploration target, as the last announcement mentioned a JORC path
the article link below, from 1997, when HFR's Subiza mine closed down, has a vague reference to what may possibly be 8.5MT of potash resources
the desciption is not so clear
but 8.5MT divided by 22% grade = 38.6 million tonnes of ore
